I have been doing physiotherapy for several years in conjunction with strength training because I believe that these two worlds have a lot in common and that proper movement is the key to both health and performance.
I approach each client individually - I tailor the exercises to their current level, abilities and goals, so that together we can achieve the best and most sustainable results in the long term.
In my physio beginnings, I worked my way through working in a hospital where I gained valuable experience alongside furthering my education after college. I later transitioned into the private realm, where I have been helping clients get rid of pain and build a strong and functional body for several years.
In my work, I emphasize not only short-term pain relief but also addressing the real cause of the problem.
I am constantly educating myself in the field of physiotherapy while living the lifestyle I recommend myself.
I consider my strengths to be patience, empathy and the ability to work equally well with athletes and non-athletes alike.
