I am the founder of the movement centre Comphy and co-founder of the company SG Fitness, closely interconnected worlds, where our ultimate goal is to create a place where the client feels safe knowing that their health is in professional, but first and foremost human hands.
I work as a personal and online coach and physiotherapist, treating a wide range of clients: from acute post-surgical/post-traumatic conditions, chronic pain, musculoskeletal conditions, recovery from joint replacements to sports training for elite athletes with powerlifting and bodybuilding.
I give lectures at private and public events or college, I am engaged in the creation of educational materials in various forms as well as recording podcasts (dumbbells and broccoli).
Because of my rich sporting past and associated injuries, I decided to combine movement and an endless curiosity about the human body, which led me specifically to the combination of physiotherapy and strength training. It was for this reason that I decided to create a timeless concept where we began to see physiotherapy as a much more powerful tool to truly help a person, rather than just applying physical therapy or supine exercises.
I enjoy helping people on their journey to become stronger and healthier, drawing on evidence-based literature and years of practice, first as a personal/online coach and later as a physiotherapist. My main passions include activities such as training, cooking, hiking, fitness, seasonal (and other) sports and cooking.
