As a physiotherapist, I accompany my clients on their journey to pain-free and restriction-free movement. I believe that the body has the ability to regenerate and improve if we give it the right impetus and understand its needs.<\/span><\/p>

In my work I emphasize the active approach of the client. My goal is not only to eliminate pain, but to help you understand your own body, the causes of your difficulties and teach you how to transfer the knowledge you have gained into your everyday life. We work together so that you become an active part of the healing process and are able to help yourself as well.<\/span><\/p>

Personal experience with rehabilitation after a serious injury has shown me the importance of targeted movement and systematic training. It was thanks to them that I was able to return to the active life I was used to. This experience shapes my approach to clients today - with empathy, understanding and respect for each person's individual capabilities.<\/span><\/p>

I continually educate myself through professional courses and self-study in the field of movement, rehabilitation and health in order to offer you expert, high quality and up-to-date care.<\/span><\/p>
